Beauty, has accompanied humankind since its very origins. At first, it was instinct and survival, tied to health, fertility, and nature. In Antiquity, it was associated with the sacred, and in classical Greece it was defined as proportion and harmony. The Middle Ages subordinated it to spirituality, while the Renaissance brought it back to the human body and the natural world. With modernity, it became an aesthetic debate, from Romanticism to the avant-garde, which expanded its boundaries toward the abstract and the fragmented. Today, beauty is a plural and ever-changing concept, without a fixed canon, open to diversity, the ephemeral, and the unexpected.

The editorial project of creAtIva Magazine is evolving toward a more selective and focused stage. From now on, our annual production will be reduced to three main volumes and one special year-end edition, with the goal of continuing to elevate the visibility of the artists selected by our panel of experts.

creAtIva is a purist project. Here, we don’t seek quantity, but quality. Each selected artist is given up to 10 images over a total of 7 pages — a firm commitment to the recognition and visual projection of their work.

In parallel, artists who are not selected for the main edition will still have the opportunity to be part of our POCKET Version — a more compact yet equally refined format designed to keep promoting emerging talent.

Our mission goes beyond print: creAtIva aspires to become a benchmark for contemporary artistic content, also creating impact beyond the pages through physical exhibitions, presentations, and collaborations that amplify each proposal’s reach.
